1. Project Scope

A Star Agency provides custom website design and development services specifically for the tech and electronics retail sector. Project timelines and deliverables are defined during the "Meeting & Planning" phase.

2. The Handshake Guarantee

We want you to be 100% sure we are the right team for you. If, after a preview of The Build phase, you do not feel we have designed a site that matches your requirements, we will refund your deposit in full. No questions asked, no hard feelings.

3. Ownership

Upon final delivery and payment of the project, you receive 100% ownership of the website code, design, and assets. A Star Agency retains the right to display the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

4. Liability

While we build for high performance and conversion, A Star Agency is not liable for business losses or external market factors impacting your store's performance.
